Please provide us with a contact tel. no. to arrange delivery. We aim to deliver your goods within 3-4 weeks of received payment at the latest.
Our couriers may help to get the furniture in to your home, but this is completely at the customers own risk. Our couriers are only insured to deliver goods to your door, i.e. front door of your house or the building entrance to flats/apartments, but will assist with goods inside your home if asked, BUT this is at your request and we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to goods or home and contents.
Most of the time your item(s) will be sent on a 2 man delivery, but this is not guaranteed and you may be required to help the driver unload your item(s). If a 2 man delivery team is essential, please let us know your requirements before purchasing and we will let you know if this is a possibility to your area.
Alternatively you may wish to collect yourself or send your own courier. This is fine, BUT we do require 24 hours notice of collection. The collection address is, SOFA GIANT, ARKWRIGHT ROAD,DONCASTER, DN5 8LU.
Some of our stock is brand new in box or bag direct from the manufacturer, however, please note that some of our goods are ex-display models/factory seconds/surplus stock, or discontinued lines or fabrics. Because of this there may be blemishes on some of the goods, we do try our utmost to mention all/any marks in our listings, if indeed there are any to mention. However, all our goods are as new. We sell major high street brands, directly to you at approximately half price and less.
REMEMBER If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange the goods if possible. Refunds can be issued but we do not refund the delivery costs, i.e. what it has cost us to send the item(s) to you, and this would be deducted from any final refund amount. Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery and be in the same condition in which they left us. Do examine goods on arrival and refuse them if you are not happy with them, otherwise the return of the items will have to be arranged at the customers expense.
