If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange the goods if possible. Refunds can be issued but we do not refund the delivery costs. Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery and be in the same condition in which they left us. Do examine goods on arrival and refuse them if you are not happy with them, otherwise the return of the items will have to be arranged at the customers expense.
